Van Der Valk Hotel Apeldoorn

Had a lovely time chilling in the sun terrace and enjoying the spacious room, which was super quiet despite being New Year's Eve. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation after days of exploring. Just a heads up, there were only a couple of hangers in the closet.

Property was great, with fantastic staff and beautiful location in the middle of the city...

The hotel was super nice and light, loved chillin in the garden with wild hares runnin around. Rooms are huge and bright, and the bathroom is really lovely with both tub and walk-in shower. Breakfast was really good with fresh cookin and quality stuff. The gym was good size with plenty machines and hardly anyone was there. Plus, pool had saunas and steam room, awesome!

But the bike rental was a bit disorganized and took longer than expected. The service at the bar was slow and needed improvement.

Had a sweet as stay with heaps of light in the room and a lovely bath! Just not keen on the slow bar service, eh?

Noise from kids in the pool can disrupt a more peaceful experience!!! Minor maintenance issues like carpet holes and unfinished facilities need attention!!! Consider providing a complimentary night gown, as not all guests prefer to pay for them!!!

The breakfast spread was a lekker shocker! Fresh and so much variety. Loved cycling around the fine area, really reminded me of a mini getaway. The room was big and bright. That Dyson hairdryer in the dressing area-flippen cool!

Just that the service at the bar was a bit on the slow side, ag man.

during my stay, I loved the easy walk to the beautiful Oranjepark, just 500 meters away, and it was a short stroll of almost 2 km to see The Kiss, made my weekend exploration totally enjoyable.

This place is a comfortable, brand-new hotel that definitely deserves its 3-star rating. It's conveniently located near restaurants and the city center, making it easy to explore. 🍽️.

Spacious units with big bathrooms, plus you can check-in early or check-out late. the staff is super nice and welcoming, making your stay even better! 😊.

A cozy double room that was super new and really quiet. They even had the fireplace going, adding a nice touch 🔥. the kitchen came with an electric kettle and a fridge, making things super convenient.

the breakfast had great options and everything was freshly cooked. the pool was not yet open.

my recent stay in apeldoorn was made even more enjoyable thanks to van der valk hotel. the newly built hotel provided a spacious and comfortable room for my parents, complete with a balcony and a coffee maker. the staff was friendly and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. i will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
